Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card required
• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational or pediatric therapy setting is beneficial
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative spirit with a passion for student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customized physical therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers and IEP teams to develop and implement goals and strategies
• Perform assessments to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to timely reports and IEP documentation
• Educate school staff and families on therapy techniques and ongoing support
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
