Role Specifics and Benefits: As part of the Labor and Delivery team, your responsibilities will include monitoring maternal and fetal well-being, conducting comprehensive assessments, and initiating timely interventions during labor and delivery. You’ll assist with ushering safe births, support epidural and analgesia administration within scope, and manage postpartum care and newborn stabilization in collaboration with the pediatrics team. You’ll lead with evidence-based practice, participate in rounds, and mentor less experienced staff, with ongoing opportunities to pursue certifications in obstetric nursing and neonatal care. This role is designed to foster professional growth through hands-on leadership, continuing education, and exposure to a broad spectrum of obstetric scenarios. The compensation package is competitive, including a weekly pay range of 2,590 to 2,799, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. The contract begins on 02/23/2026 and is structured for weeks, with potential extension opportunities based on performance and staffing needs. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available, along with housing assistance to ease transition and a clear path for contract extensions. You’ll be supported by a dedicated travel team offering 24/7 assistance while you relocate and rotate across sites, ensuring you have ongoing guidance, resources, and problem-solving support whenever you need it.
