Your New Role

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Queen Creek, Arizona and throughout the East Valley

• Handle service calls including troubleshooting air conditioning systems and performing routine maintenance

• Work independently to identify issues and deliver effective solutions

• Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest, consultative recommendations

• Work in attic spaces and outdoor conditions common in Phoenix-area heat

• Complete all work to company standards and safety guidelines

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule

• 3 to 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently

• Ability to run a service truck and handle calls with minimal supervision

• Experience with residential HVAC systems is preferred

• Valid driver’s license

• NATE certification is preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work in high-heat environments including attics in Phoenix-area conditions

• Customer-focused mindset with a consultative and ethical approach to recommending services

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

• Strong communication skills with customers and team members

• Ability to work scheduled hours and participate in a weekend on-call rotation
