We currently have a career opening for a SR Analyst Inside Sales - Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution. **Location** Remote option available. **Travel** Once per year for team meeting. **Expected Work Hours** 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Eastern / 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Central **Overview** The Inside Sales Senior Analyst is responsible for driving Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution (SPD) sales and services to new and existing customers, with a focus on identifying opportunities, managing specialty programs, and collaborating across teams to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Generate and follow up on sales leads, including those from manufacturing partners. + Collaborate with outside sales to identify and pursue larger opportunities. + Manage specialty programs such as Consignment and Short-Dated Selling. + Analyze gaps and trends to drive sales growth and margin improvement. + Facilitate deal modeling, pricing negotiations, and competitive intelligence gathering. + Partner with manufacturers and internal teams (Sourcing, Inventory, Finance, etc.) to optimize product offerings and customer solutions. + Support pharmacy personnel with product awareness and decision-making. + Participate in On Call rotation and specialty product allocation. + Conduct market research and attend site visits/conferences as needed. **Qualifications** + A minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred. + Strong multitasking, communication and troubleshooting skills. + Experience in sales reporting and relationship building. + Healthcare and specialty product knowledge is a plus. + Attention to detail. Anticipated hourly range: $17.60 per hour - $27.61 per hour + incentive plan eligibility.
