Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse professional for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with strong warehouse experience who can support both front counter activity and hands-on warehouse operations.

The Warehouse role offers steady full-time hours, the potential for long-term placement, and the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment where accuracy, dependability, and customer service are valued. Successful candidates will be comfortable balancing inventory, shipping, receiving, and counter support while contributing to an organized and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Assist customers or internal team members at the counter as needed.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming materials or products.
- Prepare outgoing shipments accurately and ensure documentation is complete.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
- Help ensure inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and tracking.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. DOE
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Overtime: Must be able to work occasional overtime.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle counter support and warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks.
- Maintain accurate stock movement and warehouse organization.
- Support customer-facing and operational needs throughout the workday.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Experience with inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Ability to work full-time and occasional overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation.
- Dependable work ethic with the ability to follow processes and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to assist at the counter professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a warehouse role that included both counter support and back-end warehouse operations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution, business services, or inventory-focused environment.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse systems, order documentation, or inventory tracking processes.
