Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for Med/Surg and acute care patients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to restore function, independence, and quality of life.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, home exercises, and recovery strategies .
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program .
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Acute Care, Med/Surg, Rehabilitation, or Outpatient therapy settings .
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop innovative therapy solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
