Call Center Specialist - South Phoenix! POST NUMBER: 473937
Vaco Arizona is hiring a Call Center Specialist for a top client located in South Phoenix. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $19.50/hour, with strong potential for long-term growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with account inquiries, order updates, and general support
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
- Resolve customer concerns while providing excellent service
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and process requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
