NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking customer-focused and driven Banking Call Center Representatives to join a dynamic financial services team. In this role, you will assist clients with their banking needs, provide solutions to financial inquiries, and identify opportunities to recommend products and services that support customers' financial goals.

Banking Call Center Representative

Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift, Tuesday – Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 8am - 1 pm
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Position Overview

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests while delivering customized solutions.
• Assist customers with banking products including:
• • Checking and savings accounts
  • Credit cards
  • Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
  • Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
  • Consumer lending products
• Identify opportunities for referrals to specialized banking partners when appropriate.
• Explain rates, terms, and available banking programs.
• Utilize available tools and resources to manage risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting performance and service goals.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their financial needs.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing processes, technologies, and business needs.
• Comfortable receiving coaching, feedback, and ongoing training.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules, including potential weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous banking or financial services experience.
• Prior call center experience.
• Telephone sales experience.
• Retail sales experience.
• Experience cross-selling products and identifying customer needs.
