Call Center Rep

We are hiring for a key position within our Retirement and Benefits Department. This role is essential for supporting participants across our 401(k), pension, and deferred compensation plans. Your responsibilities will center on delivering exceptional service by providing clear account information, guiding participants through transaction execution, and completing the processing of all financial transactions.

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Training Hours – Monday through Friday 7am -3:30pm MST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

SHIFTS: MST

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Monday - Friday 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Monday - Friday 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Monday - Friday 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Monday - Friday 11:30 AM 8:00 PM
Monday - Friday 12:30 PM 9:00 PM

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

  Retirement and Benefits supports participants in employer sponsored 401(k), pension, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Provides participants with clear information on their accounts, guides them through how to execute transactions, and completes error free processing of financial transactions.
