Opportunity:

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work three 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Call responsibilities required with 6-10 call shifts per schedule and 30-minute response time
• Weekend requirement of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Holiday work required as part of rotation
• Arizona RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Level I trauma experience preferred; busy Level II trauma experience will be screened
• RNs circulate in procedures, no scrubbing required
• Handle 10-25 cases per day including interventional procedures, EP lab cases, peripherals, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement
• Work with Phillips and Siemens equipment
• Use Cerner and Xper electronic medical record systems
• 2-day floor-specific orientation provided
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must be available for call shifts 8-12 days per month depending on schedule

This major medical center operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory featuring 3 main procedure rooms plus 1 EP lab and 1 hybrid room capable of handling both vascular and cardiac cases. The facility maintains Level I trauma center status and provides 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services. The organization supports a high-volume cardiac program with advanced interventional capabilities and state-of-the-art equipment for complex cardiovascular procedures.
