Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Optional lunch schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000 DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time Mid Level| Temporary-to-Permanent

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media + Influencer Manager who can think strategically and execute quickly. This role is perfect for someone who lives online, understands trends before they peak, loves metrics just as much as creative, and is excited to work across multiple clients and industries.

You’ll be responsible for managing social presence end-to-end while helping scale influencer and affiliate programs that drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

Social & Content

• Assist with content prep, coordination, and posting across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Youtube, etc.)

• Build and manage monthly social calendars aligned with campaign goals

• Ensure content supports both brand growth and conversion, not just aesthetics

• Track trends and recommend new content formats, series, and ideas

• Manage an onshore and offshore team to assist w/ editing, talent sourcing, data entry, etc

Influencer + Affiliate

• Source, outreach, and manage influencers across multiple niches

• Build and maintain an influencer & affiliate database

• Coordinate gifting, campaigns, and content deliverables

• Track influencer performance, usage rights, and ROI
  
  

Email + SMS Support

• Assist with planning and execution of email & SMS campaigns

• Help coordinate messaging with social and influencer drops

• Track performance metrics like open rates, CTR, list growth, and unsubscribes

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor metrics across social, influencer, email, and SMS

• Track follower growth, impressions, engagement, mentions, shares, and conversions

• Track PR output and impact

• Help pull insights and suggest content or strategy pivots based on performance

• Support client reporting with clear, actionable takeaways

Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of social media management, influencer management, or marketing

• Strong understanding of social platforms, (Aspire, Social Snowball, Grin, etc), influencer culture, and digital trends Experience managing or supporting influencer campaigns and/or affiliate programs

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple clients

• Experience managing employees

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment

• Creative thinker who also respects data and performance

• Excellent written communication skills

• Willing to wear many hats — strategy, execution, and optimization

Bonus Points

• Agency experience or multi-brand portfolio

• Experience with analytics tools, influencer platforms, or affiliate software

• Background in DTC, eCommerce, or community-driven brands

• Comfort being on-camera or directing content when needed

Work Structure

First 90 Days – Probationary Period

• In-office Monday–Thursday

After 90 Days (Upon Successful Review)

• Full benefits eligibility

• Hybrid schedule:

  • Work from home Tuesday & Friday

  • In-office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
