Senior Director or VP of Electric

Kforce's client, a growing and established nationwide engineering technology company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a few Senior Director or VP of Electrical openings, nationwide. We are seeking candidates within the construction industry. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on these exclusive search assignments. Responsibilities:

• Represent the Company: Serve as the face of our electrical division in industry forums and client meetings openings, nationwide
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field
• 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction
• Experience working for industries such as medical device, pharmaceuticals, defense aerospace, energy management, energy storage systems, semiconductors, or any other highly regulated industries is desired
• Experience leading organizational transformation and implementing new technologies
• Experience working with C-suite executives, customers and large audiences
• Looking for big project experience; At least 50 million to 100 million large scale project experience or more
• A strong background with handling Large- Scale Multi-Million Mega Projects
• Proven track record in business development with demonstrated success in winning new work/business
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
• Strong experience with construction (outside constructing) and bringing in the Data Center (DC) build
• Interested in Data Center and/or Electronic Manufacturing or Chip Manufacturing industry experience
• Technical proficiency in estimating software, project management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled at identifying market opportunities and developing actionable growth strategies
• Consistent track record of exceeding goals and driving measurable business outcomes
• Deep understanding of electrical construction market dynamics and safety protocols
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build consensus and drive results through influence
• Natural ability to develop lasting partnerships with clients, partners, and team members
• Previous experience as an Electrician or Electrical Engineer, earlier in career, would be a plus
