Meyer Distributing is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Kingman, AZ team!

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead employees to ensure productivity ,supervise the receiving of trucks ensure all paperwork is sent to posting. Organize and secure products properly in preparation for being transported or moved. Report safety issues or concerns immediately to management. Administer appropriate coaching and safety observation as needed. Respond to e-mails and requests in a timely manner.

Hourly Rate for Warehouse Supervisor:

Up to $60,000 with opportunities for increases through performance reviews

Schedule: (End times may vary)

2nd shift: Sunday-Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Every Third Saturday)

(Stable schedule: 5-day work week ~40 hours)

Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting
• Must have ability to grasp, push and pull with hands for duration of shift
• Must have ability to endure extreme hot and cold temperatures and humidity and work in a noisy environment
• Must be able to work up to 25 feet above ground level
• Must have ability to stand, walk, and squat for duration of shift

Warehouse Supervisor duties include but are not limited to:

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Meyer VMS software
• Positive attitude and the ability to motivate employees
• Ability to give special attention to detail
• Ability to identify letter and numbers
• Demonstrate leadership skills and abilities
• Planning/organizing and follow up skills
• Quality control -the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors their own work to ensure quality
• Adaptability -the individual adapts to changes in the work environment , manages competing demands and can deal with frequent changes , delays or unexpected events.
• Dependability - the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions ,responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
• Communication - must have excellent oral and written communication skills up and down organizational structure
• All other duties as assigned
