Assisted Living Caregiver
Casa Grande, AZ
$20/hour
Full-Time / Part-Time Available

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Caregivers to join our team at a residential assisted living facility in Casa Grande. Our caregivers play an important role in supporting residents with daily living activities while providing a safe, respectful, and caring environment.

Responsibilities

Personal Care Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Help residents with eating and hydration as needed
• Monitor residents for changes in physical or emotional condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Supervisory Care Duties

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Supervise residents to ensure safety and well-being
• Encourage participation in daily activities and social engagement
• Assist with medication reminders as directed
• Observe and report concerns or changes to management
• Help maintain routine schedules and resident structure
• Follow facility policies and care plans

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or assisted living experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Must pass background check
