Job Summary

HireFrontier is hiring a Brand Communications & Marketing Specialist to lead strategic communications, brand development, and digital marketing that raise our profile and strengthen client and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

● Develop annual communications, branding, and marketing strategies

● Maintain content calendars for social, email, website, blogs, and print

● Create and distribute newsletters, client communications, and press releases

● Gather success stories and testimonials from teams, clients, and candidates

● Manage website content for accuracy, SEO, and brand consistency

● Oversee social platforms: content, scheduling, and community growth

● Analyze marketing performance and prepare campaign reports

● Maintain consistent brand standards across channels

● Coordinate with designers, photographers, and vendors on assets

● Develop templates and communication resources for internal teams

● Support employer branding, job fairs, and community outreach

● Coordinate media relations and PR opportunities

● Manage requests across departments while meeting deadlines

● Improve internal communication processes

● Partner with recruiting, sales, and leadership on market presence

Qualifications

● Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business, or equivalent experience

●0–1 year in communications, digital marketing, PR, or recruitment marketing

● Strong project management and organization

● Ability to juggle multiple deadlines

● Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills

● Strong creative and visual judgment

● Proficient with CMS, website platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools

● Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics experience desirable

● SEO and content marketing knowledge a plus

● Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally
