ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER
Location: Tucson, Arizona 85756

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in small circuit assembly or wiring assembly
• Must know how to read schematics and blueprints

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Electromechanical Assembler is responsible for the electrical or mechanical assemblies involved

with the manufacture of pump stations and other systems. Interprets electrical and mechanical CAD

drawings. Assists with process improvements in the pump station and other system manufacturing

processes. Works to a timeline on multiple projects/orders simultaneously. Typically requires 5+ years

of experience.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Actively participating within a team of manufacturing personnel, contributing to the goal of meeting sub-assembly component, production deadlines
• Work autonomously or as a team member to build mechanical and/or electrical sub-assemblies and enclosures
• Procure and maintain necessary supplies to support production activities
• Loading PLC and touch screen control software
• Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements for quality, delivery performance, and throughput
• Troubleshoot and correct mechanical and electrical malfunctions as needed
• Manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
• Assist in developing manufacturing procedures and productivity reports as defined by the Production Manager
• Provide leadership, direction, and quality inspection for other assemblers
• Work with and communicate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing personnel on a daily basis with regards to scheduling, data, issues, and inventory.
