Core Responsibilities:

• Greet clients as they arrive in the service drive and confirm scheduled services, notate any vehicle concerns the customer has, and write work orders.
• Advise customers of necessary service and technician recommendations, provide estimates for repairs, obtain customer authorizations, and collect payments.
• Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day, keeping customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Foster customer loyalty through outstanding customer service and rapport.

Desired Qualifications And Experience:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor/Writer at a luxury vehicle dealership required.
• Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with both customers and team members.
• Efficiency: Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills.
• Motivation: Self-motivated to achieve individual and dealership goals.
• Credentials: Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Pre-screenings: Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Hours And Work Environment:

The Service Department is open Monday Friday 7am 6:30pm and Saturday 8am 5pm. Expected schedule will include rotating Saturdays. Our Service team enjoys a positive, productive work environment, company culture that promotes professional growth and collaboration, and a climate-controlled shop.
