AS OUR MOVING CREW LEAD - DRIVER, YOU WILL:

• Lead your moving crew in a professional, confident, and respectful manner
• Drive company moving trucks (up to 26') safely and responsibly
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and their belongings
• Supervise movers and assist daily with moves
• Run jobs efficiently while following company policies and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish
• Adapt to both short local moves and long‑distance relocations

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule Options: Full-Time or Part-Time
• Days: Monday through Saturday

Employees report to our central HQ before heading to job sites and service areas.

DO YOU BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• 2+ years of moving experience
• Experience driving a 26' moving truck
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs)
• Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage
• Strong, professional leadership skills
• Punctual, reliable, and customer‑focused
