Experienced Hvac Service Technician

Confident Comfort Heating & Cooling is looking for an Experienced Residential HVAC Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship and thrives on solving complex comfort problems. You’ll handle service, maintenance, and repair calls throughout the day — helping homeowners make confident, informed decisions about their comfort systems. • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with accuracy and care
• Communicate findings and present clear, option-based solutions to customers
• Handle company warranty responsibilities and, if needed, train installers to prevent further failures
• Handle multiple job sites per day with efficiency, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Document all work performed through mobile apps or service software
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, ready-to-use condition
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians or apprentices as needed
• Participate in ongoing training to advance technical and customer service skills
• Adhere to company safety standards, values, and procedures

Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of residential HVAC experience (service & repair)
• EPA Universal certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing repair vs. replace options and presenting solutions
• Tech-savvy with tablets, dispatch/invoicing software, and digital forms
• Willingness to train others or learn sales techniques for added income potential
• High personal integrity, reliability, and pride in work quality
