Position Title: Sales Recruiter / Sales Development Representative

Reports to: Director of Sales Recruiting

Department: Sales

Location: In-office : 2929 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012

Classification: Full-time, exempt

Start Date: 9/3/2024

Essential Job Functions: The Simplicity Sales Recruiter position is primarily responsible for calling and connecting with potential clients of the firm with a focus on setting appointments for senior sales staff. Recruiters must have a passion for sales, building relationships, and a desire to succeed. Applicants that are looking for a fast-paced environment, with unlimited upside compensation, and a career in sales should apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Proactive outbound calls

· Quickly build relationships with prospective clients

· Utilize sales resources to stay organized and effective

· Set appointments for Senior Sales staff member

· Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound requests

· Meet set metrics for success

· Effectively communicate with peers, senior sales staff, and firm leadership

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Sales background or experience preferred

· Ability to manage/utilize technology (Email/CRM/Microsoft Office)

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation (based on experience)

• Annual Base Salary: $40,000 – 45,000
• Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
• This is an exempt position
• Variable Comp - Monthly
• Annual Performance Bonus Target – 10% of salary
