Social Media Manager - Hybrid
- Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the cafe’s brand and target audience
- Create engaging photo, video, and written content highlighting menu items, events, and the cafe’s atmosphere
- Manage daily posting and community engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Monitor analytics to assess content performance and adjust strategies for optimal reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the cafe team to capture on-site moments and seasonal promotions
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for food, beverage, or hospitality brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative visual storytelling and copywriting skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic photo/video editing software
- Ability to work both on-site in Tempe, AZ and remotely as needed
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
- Availability for a single project with potential for ongoing collaboration
