Pay: $98 per assessment Must be able to commute to Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, & surrounding areas for assessments.Benefits

Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform client intake assessments
- Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
- Assign client care plans
- Assist with caregiver training and orientations
- Assist with Care plans for Guide Program
- + other duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Caregiving experience preferred
- A passion to help others
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Unwavering patience
- Willing to travel
- Pass a background check
- Active RN license
