Business Development Manager job in Phoenix, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Global Leader of Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment . In this job you will be responsible for leading specialty gas equipment sales in the Arizona market. This role is pivotal in expanding market share and managing strategic accounts and key relationships within semiconductor industry (Fabs, OEMs, construction companies, CMs, A&Es)

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales activities for strategic and tactical accounts.
• Primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
• Define long-term organizational strategic goals, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry leaders in target markets.
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, market analysis, and support Salesforce.com management.
• Foster a work environment that is inclusive and work collaboratively with other sales personnel and functional departments.
• Oversee timely, accurate, and professional bid activities.
• Follow up on bids, close on opportunities; conduct post-mortem on lost bids, discuss with management and evaluate strategy adjustments.
• Communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently orally and in writing.
• Periodic travel to various market or customer locations as appropriate and necessary.
• Adherence to safety policies and practices of an office and production area as necessary at company locations or at customer sites.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably with the Semiconductor market.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with specialty gas delivery systems
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building
• Good organizational skills.
• High energy level, self-motivated and directed, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
