HR Professional
Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking a HR Professional. Responsibilities:
- Support many talent lifecycle and HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning and development, performance management, promotion, employee relations, and succession and contingency planning
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Support requisition approval processes
- Support relocation, immigration, and mobility programs and processes
- Represent HR function in New Hire orientation events
- Support cyclical HR processes including annual talent, performance, and compensation reviews
- Create, prepare and analyze reports
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Workday, database management and record keeping and MS Office
- Understanding of the hiring process
- Understanding of and familiarity with HR best practices
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Ability to begin to engage with business leaders immediately
- Communicates effectively
- Identifies multiple paths to success using analytical and critical thinking
- Exercises sound judgement, prioritizes effectively, and strives for continuous improvement
- Effectively collaborates with colleagues
- Leverages available technology to drive efficiency and results
