Associate Director - Wealth Advisory (AZ)
This role drives sales activities for Principal Asset Management throughout Arizona. This position partners closely with the Internal Wholesaler within territory for collective success in growing advisor relationships. Accountable for achieving sales targets and managing broker dealer relationships within all channels covering our ETF's, Separately Managed Accounts and Mutual Funds.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Develop, recommend and implement sales plans, activity reports and rotation schedules with a focus on growing market share
- May provide input on marketing, product development, shareholder/broker communications and integration of campaigns with broker dealers and fund wholesaling teams
- Highest level of integrity and presentation skills

Who You Are:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required and 2+ years sales specific industry experience (investment products, capital markets, partnering with advisors).
- FINRA licensing required including SIE or equivalent and series 7
- Series 63 required within 45 days
- Advanced designations preferred (eg, CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, CAIA®)
- Excellent knowledge of investment products and financial markets required
- Strong interpersonal skills, consultative skills, advisor management expertise, and analytical analysis are required
- Must have strong presentation, and oral and written communication skills
- Good training and motivational skills are necessary
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Travel required, including overnight stays
