Job Description

As a Security Officer - Manufacturer Patrol Driver in Mesa, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer serving a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Your presence and communication skills will contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and check credentials as required to control entry to restricted areas.
• Observe and report on activities, incidents, or unusual circumstances to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as directed.
• Support the enforcement of site policies and protocols related to personnel, visitors, and property within the location.
• Maintain detailed logs and write reports regarding daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and/or the client.
• Collaborate with other security-related personnel and site staff to help promote a secure work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
