Job Title: Mechanical Millwright

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay Rate: $28 - $32 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 45–55 hours per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Millwright to join our team in Tucson, AZ . The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and agricultural machinery. This is a full-time position offering steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical systems used in agricultural or industrial production (e.g., conveyors, dryers, mills, and related equipment).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on machinery and systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete assignments.
• Assist in the setup and modification of new or existing equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Follow and enforce all safety regulations and industry standards .
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve system performance .

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training or Millwright certification preferred .
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Proven experience as a Millwright , preferably within the agricultural or industrial sector .
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems .
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals .
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship .

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay: $28-$32 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time, 45–55 hours per week
