Wage Analyst (PW&A)

Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Wage Analyst (PW&A). Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship (PW&A) Analyst to support compliance, documentation management, and reporting activities. This role is responsible for reviewing payroll and compliance documentation, maintaining organized records, tracking outstanding requirements, and supporting reporting efforts to ensure adherence to prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. Responsibilities:

  • Review documentation and payroll records for accuracy and compliance
  • Track missing, incomplete, and outstanding documentation; follow up as needed
  • Escalate unresolved compliance issues and overdue items
  • Process, organize, and maintain project and compliance documentation
  • Upload, download, and file records using established naming and retention standards
  • Maintain documentation in an audit-ready format
  • Update trackers, logs, and reporting tools to monitor documentation status and deadlines
  • Prepare routine status updates and monthly reports
  • Communicate compliance risks and documentation gaps to management
  • Support reporting requests and assist with project tracking activities
  • Follow established procedures, templates, and compliance processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the compliance team
  • 1+ years of administrative, compliance, document control, project coordination, or related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Experience with documentation management and recordkeeping best practices
  • Familiarity with process standardization and data management practices
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting prevailing wage, apprenticeship, construction, energy, utilities, compliance, payroll, or project-based environments
  • Experience maintaining audit-ready documentation and compliance records
  • Experience coordinating with third-party vendors and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of reporting tools, trackers, and project documentation processes
