The Eastern Arizona Courier is seeking a New Business Development - Media Sales Consultant.

Are you a talented, outgoing self-starter who is organized, assertive, and driven to succeed? If so, we'd love to talk to you about joining our team.

In this role, you'll work directly with local businesses to help them grow and thrive using our full suite of marketing platforms - including print advertising, website and mobile ads, email marketing, and digital services such as SEO, SEM, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Our ideal candidate understands that great sales go beyond taking orders - it's about building relationships, delivering solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. You should enjoy working in a team environment and possess strong verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills.

Sales experience is a plus, but we're open to well-qualified candidates with a passion to succeed. A dependable vehicle is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and a general understanding of digital marketing platforms.

As part of Wick Communications, this full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a base salary plus commission, a 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a health savings account (HSA), and paid time off (PTO).
