Schedule: Compressed night shift schedule (Must be open to train on day shift, M-F 8am-5pm)

6pm to 6am Sunday- Wednesday with every other Wednesday off or Wednesday-Saturday with every other Wednesday off

About the Opportunity:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Associate, you'll support day-to-day operations by assisting with material handling, production line support, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What You'll Do:

* Perform general manual labor tasks to support daily manufacturing operations
* Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, parts, and finished products
* Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as trained
* Assist machine operators and production staff with setup, cleanup, and workflow support
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety standards
* Inspect materials and products for visible defects or damage
* Follow work instructions, schedules, and supervisor directions to meet production goals
* Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage
* Complete routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks in production areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
