Travel Customer Support Representative (Remote)
Dreams Travel CR is looking for passionate Travel Customer Support Representative (Remote) who love tourism and customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking a remote position with flexible hours while earning income by helping others plan unforgettable travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise clients in planning trips (vacations, getaways, business travel, etc.).
- Recommend destinations, hotels, flights, and activities based on client needs.
- Manage bookings and follow up on client requests.
- Provide personalized, high-quality customer service.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients before, during, and after their trips.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Access to internet and a personal device (computer or smartphone).
- Interest or experience in travel/tourism is a plus (not required).
- Ability to work independently.
