Position Overview

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is currently seeking an enthusiastic Production Manager for our Tint Laboratory to round out our team in Phoenix, AZ area. FBM is a leading North American distributor of building materials focused on meeting and exceeding the needs of local construction trades with best-in-class products and services. The responsibilities of the Production Manager include:

Key Responsibilities

• • Experience preferred
  • Prepare customer orders, including blending initial batch, making shade adjustments, filling and labeling batches
  • Operate all material handling, tinting, mixing, and testing equipment in a safe manner
  • Make shade adjustments to meet customer requirements
  • Establish and maintain accurate customer work order files and formulas
  • Ensure customer quality and service expectations are met
  • Clean and repair store equipment
  • Identify potential obsolete/damaged material
  • Assist with general warehouse, delivery, and customer service duties as needed
  • Know stock limits and be familiar with stock order procedure
  • Assist with physical inventory
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• After receipt of conditional offer of employment, must be able to pass drug screen/physical/background check.
