Vaco is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Role is Remote (PST, MST, CST Required)

Responsibilities include:
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across multiple product and operational teams.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis, delivering actionable insights that support business performance and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models to evaluate revenue trends, operating expenses, workforce planning, and growth initiatives.
• Translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analyses including ROI assessments, pricing strategies, profitability modeling, and long-range business planning.
• Monitor and analyze recurring revenue and key business performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Support executive reporting, management presentations, and strategic planning processes through data-driven financial storytelling.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, forecasting alignment, and performance measurement.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and planning system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Develop standardized financial models, reporting frameworks, and documentation to improve consistency and decision-making across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience (required)
• Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
• Experience in the SaaS, software, or technology industries
• Familiarity with ASC 606 or any consumption based revenue models
• Ability to go on site 4 days a week
• Salary $120-130k plus bonus
