Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual to support daily office operations and ensure smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a banking environment. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. - Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals. - Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation. - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as needed. - Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries in a courteous manner. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. - Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement processes. - Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and daily tasks. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. - Proficiency in handling inbound calls and directing communication effectively. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Familiarity with office procedures and administrative functions. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on detail and clarity. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
