Role - CNC Programmer
Location - Mesa, AZ

Position Overview:
A stone fabrication company in the east valley is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer , ideally experienced with Park Industries equipment , and possessing knowledge of Alpha Cam and Slabsmith . This role is responsible for programming CNC saws used in the fabrication of custom natural stone products. The ideal candidate will have CNC experience, strong programming skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and modify CNC programs to optimize cutting paths and minimize waste.

• Maximize material usage and report labor/machine time for project tracking.

• Read and interpret blueprints and CAD files.

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using applied math and measuring tools.

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and conformance with specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to meet deadlines.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• CNC programming and operation experience; stone fabrication experience preferred.

• Ability to read technical drawings with strong spatial reasoning.

• Strong math skills, including addition, subtraction, and visualization of measurements.

• Ability to read and write English for work orders, blueprints, and safety instructions.

• Detail-oriented and team-oriented.
