Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a hands-on Data Architect / Lead Data Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Databricks to help design and build enterprise-scale data platforms.
This is NOT a passive architecture role — we need someone who can design, build, and optimize data pipelines end-to-end .
? What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using PySpark & Spark SQL
- Architect data lakes & data warehouse solutions (Delta Lake preferred)
- Collaborate with business & product teams to translate requirements into data products
- Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and orchestration using Azure DevOps
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple data sources
? Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in Data Engineering / Data Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with:Azure Databricks PySpark & Spark SQL Azure Data Factory (ADF) Delta Lake / Delta Live Tables
- Solid experience in:Data Lakes & Data Warehousing Dimensional Data Modeling Performance tuning & optimization in Azure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Strong SQL & Python expertise

- Experience in Healthcare data platforms
- Exposure to Power BI / Azure SQL
- Prior experience in enterprise data modernization projects
