Job Summary:

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to lead our cash management, debt compliance, and capital planning functions. As a key member of our finance team, you'll oversee day-to-day treasury operations, strengthen relationships with lenders adn banks, and drive process improvements that support our nationwide growth.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash flow, payment processing, and bank system administration.

• Prepare and maintain cash forecasts, lender reports, and compliance certifications.

• Manage loan and debt activities, including covenant compliance and interest rate hedging.

• Lead corporate credit card and Concur expense program administration.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Partner across departments (Accounting, Legal, Operations) to align treasury activities with company goals.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for banks, lenders, and treasury vendors.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Certified Treasury Professional preferred).

• 6+ years of treasury management experience.

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, debt compliance, and accounting practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and treasury/banking systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop others.
