Mark Brower Properties is growing! We are looking to add a Real Estate Business Development Manager (Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions!) to our amazing team!

Who are we looking for?

This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the USA, working within the Arizona time zone. While an active real estate license is preferred, we're open to candidates who are willing to obtain one. What will you be doing?

• Capturing, cultivating and closing leads!

• Upholding our triple win philosophy and ensuring the relationship is a win for the landlord, the company and the tenant.

• Advising clients on their real estate investments, through honest, transparent communication.

• Continuously looking for ways to improve yourself, our processes and our team.

• Working in the office and in the field, visiting properties and meeting with clients.

• Developing and enhancing relationships with our clients, our vendors, and our team.

What are we offering?

• Base Salary + Commission = Unlimited Earning Potential
• OTE $70,000-100,000, Benefits (following 90 days) include:
