Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure
• Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP role preferred
• Comfortable supervising and mentoring an SLPA as part of your responsibilities
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach and commitment to inclusive, student-focused support

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across grade levels
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs
• Develop and implement personalized IEP goals in partnership with school staff and families
• Supervise SLPA, offering guidance and support to ensure quality student care
• Track progress, document findings, and communicate results effectively
• Contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Assist in gathering caseload details for scheduling and service planning
