As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: North Scottsdale, AZ
• Set schedule, we have 4 shifts available:
  • Shift 1 - Part time, Monday through Wednesday 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:00pm (24 hours per week).
  • Shift 2 - Part time, Saturday & Sunday 1st Shift 6:00am to 6:00pm (24 hours per week)
  • Shift 3 - Full time, Monday through Friday 3rd Shift 8:15pm to 5:15am (40 hours per week)
  • Shift 4 - Full time, Saturday & Sunday 1st shift 5:15am to 5:15pm and Monday 1st Shift 5:15am to 1:15pm (32 hours per week)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• You have a valid AZ Unarmed Security License (Required)
• You have previous Security, Law Enforcement, Correctional Officer, or Military experience
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
