REMOTE REGIONAL PACKAGING SALES LEAD
IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. has an exciting opportunity available for a REMOTE REGIONAL PACKAGING SALES LEAD – must be based out of Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ.

Position Location
REMOTE – Covers the Mountain West region, including CO, AZ, and UT. Must be located in or near Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ
Direct Reports
Working with a sales team with 3 sales reps
Compensation
$100,000 base – Approximately $160,000-$170,000 total compensation
Bonus: Profit Sharing and 18% sales incentive
Travel: 25%-30%
REGIONAL PACKAGING SALES LEAD
This is your chance to step into a major growth role with a thriving global packaging industry leader. This position is fully remote but requires you to be based in either Denver, Colorado or the Phoenix, Arizona area. In this role, you will lead and grow a multi-state territory, working hand-in-hand with executive leadership and seasoned sales professionals to expand market share across key customer channels. You’ll build influential relationships with local branches, field sales teams, and end-users, driving new revenue opportunities while strengthening partnerships across the complete our client’s product portfolio.
You’ll take charge of strategic sales activities—from identifying and developing major accounts to scheduling end-user visits, leading sales trainings, and representing the company at regional trade shows. Your ability to navigate distribution, wholesale, and multi-vertical environments will be essential as you uncover opportunities, protect margins, and position our company as the go-to provider for category solutions.
