Job Title: CSR / Claims / Benefits & Eligibility Specialist (UI Adjudicator)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $18.61/hr on W2
Duration: 2 Months Contract with the possibility of Extension and/or Conversion to Full-Time based on business needs and performance.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
BCforward is hiring a Benefits & Eligibility Specialist (UI Adjudicator). The ideal candidate will review unemployment insurance claims, determine eligibility, verify documentation, conduct fact-finding, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with state policies.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service, call center, claims, healthcare, or case management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.
• Previous eligibility review or insurance adjudication experience is a plus.
