What You’ll Do
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general home repairs (primary emphasis on plumbing, electrical, drywall, and paint)
  • Install grab bars, handrails, ramps, doorway modifications, and other mobility support solutions
  • Work inside occupied homes with professionalism, patience, and respect
  • Prepare and protect work areas, maintain cleanliness, and organize tools and materials
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, caregivers, and team members
  • Use service management platforms such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or similar systems to manage jobs, notes, schedules, and invoices
  • Assist with job scoping and provide input for basic estimating when needed
  • Represent TruBlue as a trusted in-home service professional
Who You Are
  • 5–10+ years of hands-on handyman experience across multiple trades
  • Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting
  • Experience working with seniors, veterans, and individuals with mobility challenges
  • Technical background with hands-on experience using service management platforms
  • Familiarity with job costing, work order documentation, and service workflows
  • Ability to assist with estimating based on job scope and material requirements
  • Owns professional-grade tools required to perform the work independently
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and respectful in customers’ homes
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment or independently as needed
  • Able to follow systems, checklists, and service standards
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
What You’ll Get
  • Pay: $32–$38 per hour, based on experience
  • Paid Time Off: Accrues at ½ day per month

Additional Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with residential handyman repairs and maintenance projects

  • Prepare work areas, organize materials, and complete clean-up after jobs

  • Support home safety upgrades for seniors and general home care services

  • Learn proper use of tools, materials, and jobsite best practices

  • Work alongside experienced technicians and follow direction on projects

  • Represent the TruBlue brand with professionalism, courtesy, and care in customers’ homes

Who You Are

  • Reliable, respectful, and willing to learn

  • Interested in carpentry, painting, drywall, light plumbing, or general home repairs

  • Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Owns or is working toward acquiring basic hand tools (preferred, not required)
