Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate all critical facility systems to ensure 100% uptime
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on systems including UPS, ATS, generators, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH units, and chillers
• Manage and close work orders and customer tickets via CMMS (Corrigo preferred)
• Record system readings and make real-time operational adjustments
• Support incident response and follow escalation procedures
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams on maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and handling of hazardous materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready environment

Skills/Must have:

• 2+ years experience within a data center or critical facility environment
• Strong experience on either electrical OR mechanical (MEP) systems
• Hands-on knowledge of systems such as UPS, ATS, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve live system issues
• Experience working with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred)
• Comfortable working night shifts and responding to site incidents
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
