A local, North Phoenix manufacturing company is seeking an HR Assistant to join a team-oriented
atmosphere of hard-working individuals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greeting and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Schedule appointments and meeting rooms.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
- Provide administrative support to departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 12 years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and customer-service orientation
*Seeking a reliable worker with little to no attendance issues
Shift is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Position is full-time, with benefits offered after a 90 Day Introductory Period (to include paid time off,
insurance, holiday pay, and etcetera). Dress is business casual.
