Mountain View Headache and Spine Institute is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This professional will play a key role in supporting the HR department's operations by managing various administrative tasks, helping to create a positive workplace environment, and ensuring our organizational procedures run smoothly. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
- Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and stored securely.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and guide them on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee professional development activities.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related queries.
- Support performance management processes and maintain evaluation records.
- Participate in HR projects, such as staff engagement initiatives and wellness programs, to foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, adhering to the institute’s standards and policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within a healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
