Data Engineer
A long-standing SaaS product company is hiring a data engineer to support both modern cloud pipelines and legacy systems. You'll work cross-functionally to build ETL workflows, write complex SQL, and support ongoing migration efforts.
Responsibilities:
Build pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks
Write complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
Support legacy systems like SQL Server and SSIS
Work in a medallion architecture with a cloud data lake
Participate in agile teams and rotating month-end support
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in data engineering or ETL development
Strong SQL (joins, optimization, stored procedures)
Proficiency in Python
Experience with cloud data tools (Azure preferred)
Comfortable working in non-prod environments
Nice to have:
Kafka, Event Hubs, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Datadog
Background in enterprise or IoT data environments
