**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Pay: $21.25/hr**
Hours: 6am to 3pm M-F
Location: South Chandler, AZ
(Must be able to use a computer)
**Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a critical role in inventory management, shipping, and receiving operations. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to commit to a long-term career with us. Your responsibilities will include performing all warehouse duties efficiently and ensuring the accuracy of orders.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform manual and forklift-assisted parts picking and pulling.
+ Track ingoing and outgoing parts/orders using the computer system.
+ Accurately track, store, organize, and manage inventory using SAP and internal systems.
+ Complete paperwork accurately and keep records up to date using Microsoft Office.
+ Navigate and utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for inventory and production control.
+ Read work orders, verify part numbers, quantities, and descriptions, and update parts status.
+ Safely operate forklifts, carts, and other material handling equipment.
+ Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and accurately document findings.
+ Follow protocols for missing parts or shortages.
+ Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and be on feet for extended periods during shifts.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
+ Prior forklift experience required.
+ Intermediate level computer skills.
+ Ability to take accurate measurements and read blueprints.
+ Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds.
+ Experience in both indoor and outdoor environments.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.
+ Competence in Microsoft Office for documentation purposes.

**Work Environment**
Safety is a top priority in our very clean shop. Initial working hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with potential overtime extending from 5:00am to 4:00pm during the training period.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CHANDLER, Arizona.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $22.00/hr.
