Position Details

• Job Title: Field Engineer
• Location: Tempe, AZ (Onsite / Field Support)
• Duration: Contract through 01/31/2027

Key Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix repair services for laptops and desktops in the metro area
• Replace hardware components including hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
• Perform complete unit swaps and peripheral replacements
• Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
• Update and close service tickets in real time using company-provided phone
• Travel locally to customer sites as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on laptop/desktop break-fix experience
• Experience building or repairing computers preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and PC hardware/software
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve non-complex technical issues
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and active car insurance
• Background check or governmental clearance may be required
