A Day in Your Life

Imagine diagnosing advanced diesel engines, troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical malfunctions, and performing meticulous repairs—all while helping team members enhance their skills and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. You will:

• Conduct detailed maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and essential machinery.
• Analyze and resolve intricate mechanical problems using high-grade diagnostic tools.
• Manage planned and impromptu repairs autonomously, adhering to safety regulations.
• Operate cranes, implement specialized repairs, and communicate proactively with customers.
• Catalog service reports accurately, mentor junior techs, and leverage contemporary techniques to optimize outputs.

What We Seek

• A high school graduate or equivalent with a GED.
• Over 5 years' practical diesel, hydraulic, or electrical systems expertise.
• Deep knowledge of diagnostic technology and industry manuals.
• Problemsolving excellence and multitasking prowess in dynamic settings.
• Ownership of job-appropriate tools.
• Valid driver’s license—crucial for a mobile role!
• Background clearance eligibility.
• Strength to lift 50+ pounds and adapt to diverse working conditions.
